Your first destination on this adventure is Grand Cayman, an Island famous for its Seven Mile Beach where you can enjoy all you your favorite watersports. Other fun attractions include wildlife encounters and shopping in pastel-colored George Town.

The next day you're in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, where the most popular of many attractions is Dunn's River Falls where you can climb a staircase of cascading water.

• Identify communication factors that limit or hamper listening effectiveness.

• Identify the natural listening approach each person uses.

• Explain the focus, motivation, and behavioral indicators of each of the five listening approaches.

• Prepare an Action Plan for implementation, which focuses on the use of skills to increase listening effectiveness with members of your salon group and in your personal life.
